You will receive an email with the gift card number that can be redeemed online or in store.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $10*.
Excludes some rural destinations.
Shipping to Australia starts at $30.
For deliveries outside of New Zealand and Australia, there is a $30 shipping cost per pair of shoes in each order.
Please note that if you are sending to a work address, the name of the company is required to ensure successful delivery.
Please ensure you are able to sign for your shoes upon their arrival. If you are unable to sign, you will be left a ‘card-to-call’ to rearrange collection or delivery.
It is our policy that any orders sent must be signed for. If you wish to have your shoes left without signature/give authority to leave a package without signature, please note that we accept no responsibility if they go missing.

Estimated Time of Arrival
We will endeavour to get your shoes to you as soon as possible. Below are estimated shipping times:
Urban New Zealand: 1-3 working days
Rural New Zealand: 2-5 working days
Urban Australia: 3-7 working days
Rural Australia: 3-8 working days
Other International deliveries: 4-10 working days.
If you have a special time frame to work with, please contact our friendly customer care team on the email below and we will make sure your shoes find you on time. Please note, this may require additional cost.

Exchanges and Returns for Click & Collect Purchases
Your Click & Collect order will be available for up to 14 days from the date you receive your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Orders must be collected within this timeframe. After this time has passed we will not be able to offer a refund.If you decide your purchase is not suitable on the day of pick up we will happily exchange or refund any item(s) purchased.We won’t be able to process any exchanges or refunds after collection.Please kindly note that we will not make any exceptions on the above conditions.
Faulty or damaged items
Care
Use shoe leather conditioner to cleanse, moisturise and remove light scuffs. Revive with matching coloured renovating polish. Finish with shine dressing.
Suede, Nubuck & Velvet
Apply several layers of water and stain protector before wearing. Reapply every few wears. Avoid water and other liquids. Store out of direct light. Use a suede/nubuck brush to remove dirt.

Patent
Use shoe leather conditioner to cleanse. Revive with matching coloured patent dressing. Finish with a shine dressing.

Please care for your NR accessories using the following instructions:
Silk
Dry clean only. Store out of direct light in a cool and dry place. Avoid alcohol-based products. Keep ironing to a minimum.

Store in a designated NR velvet pouch. Avoid perfumes, water and creams to prevent tarnishing. Use a soft lint-free cloth for general cleaning.
